Now that winter's back is well and truly broken, I can afford to be a little sentimental about its frosty grandeur, so here is a selenium toned B&W image. I added Ollie from more recent days and stuck him in the background, just in case Valla was lonely.

My Foodie Moment
While this LOOKS like parmesan orzo, asparagus cooked with blackened peppers, and roast chicken, it's ACTUALLY certified organic quinoa pasta, moulded avocado "spears" with peppers draped in kale, and gluten-free seitan "breasts." Yummy-yum! All the same great sights and smells but almost ZERO nutritional value! Next week: guacamole without avocado (hint: think SOY), date "steaks," and non-chocolate brownies (I used DIRT!).
